Using the Stationary Handrails

To maintain your balance, always grasp a stationary handrail when you step on or off the equipment and when you use the keypads.

Moving Handlebars Support the Total Body Workout

On the 536i, moving handlebars provide an upper-body workout which helps increase cardiovascular fitness. By adding the total body movement to your cross training workout, you are actually increasing your work effort and enhancing your overall fitness level.
