Workout Options

CAUTION: Before beginning any fitness program, see your physician for a complete physical examination. Know your physician-recommended heart rate target zone.

1.Determine whether you want Total Body or Lower Body handlebars and lock the link arms to the appropriate position. Refer to Converting Handlebar Positions.

CAUTION: Make sure the link arm is securely locked in place before using the EFX.

2.Turn the unit On. The Precor banner scrolls across the display.

3.Hold on to a stationary handrail while stepping on the foot pedals.

4.Face the display. When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling.

5. Select one of the following options:
