There is no automatic cool-down period when you end the program. However, you can incorporate a cool down into the Custom Program or switch to the Manual Program and make the appropriate adjustments to lower your heart rate.

To end your exercise session, press RESET. A workout summary appears and shows your grand totals for time, distance, and calories. When you are ready, press RESET again to return to the Precor banner. Refer to Ending a Workout.

Custom Program Tips

The custom programs are time-based, you cannot select a distance or calorie goal.

The duration of the custom program and the number of CrossRamp and resistance settings is limited to available memory in the EFX. The program does not end if the available memory is exhausted, but the display notifies you and further changes to CrossRamp or resistance are not saved. Approximately, 2 hours of recording time are available.

You need to incorporate a cooling down period into your exercise session. The cool-down period is not automatically appended to the end of the custom programs.

The program profile reflects changes to the CrossRamp.
