TIME: Acceptable entries range between INFINITE and 240 minutes. (See “Note” below.) The display blinks to indicate that it is awaiting a selection. Use the ▼ and
▲keys to change the selection. To continue in Setup mode, press ENTER.
Note: The Club manager has the ability to set a time limit on the length of a workout. Refer to Club Information on page 23. (The Weight Loss and Cross Country courses have a preset time limit so a WORKOUT TIME prompt does not occur when a user chooses WTLS or XCTR.)
WEIGHT: Acceptable entries range from 1 through 999 (pounds or kilograms). A user can change the blinking number using the ▼ and ▲ keys or accept the displayed number (and continue in Setup mode) by pressing ENTER.
Important: A number that reflects the user’s actual weight must be entered since the calorie count and several other calculations are based on the weight entry.
AGE: Acceptable entries range from 1 to 99. Change the blinking number using the ▼ and ▲ keys or accept the displayed number by pressing ENTER. Initially, the number zero appears on the display. Once the ▲ key is pressed the number jumps to 35.
Important: An age entry is required if a user wants to use the heart rate interac- tive capabilities of the treadmill. Refer to QUICKSTART on page 34.
THE SETUP MODE AND THE QUICKSTART FEATURE
The QuickStart feature can be pressed any time during the Setup prompts. See the table below.

The following occurs:
Bypass the remaining Setup prompts and the running belt begins moving after a three second countdown. The Manual course appears and default values apply.
The profile associated with the course appears on the right side of the display.
The information that appears on the display becomes the work- out time for the course. A user can change the display using the ▼ or ▲ keys. Refer to Club Information on page 23.
The weight (1 through 999) that appears on the display becomes the user’s designated weight that the C934 uses to compute various calculations.
