Enter the course selection, answer prompts, and enter your Weight and Age.
Note: You can begin your workout immediately from the Precor banner by pressing QUICKSTART. Default values apply. Refer to page 34.
If you choose to continue the setup process, you are prompted to enter your WEIGHT and AGE. Follow the instructions on the display. When prompted, press SPEED ▲ with the one hand while you hold onto the handrail with the other. Step onto the running belt while the speed is at 1 mph (2 kph). Once you are comfortable with the walking or running speed, you can remove your hand(s) from the handrail.
