3. Fit spacer (26) into pawl (27). Then insert pawl assembly between backboard brackets (25) and secure with bolt (24) and nut (12).

4. Attach lower elevator tubes (28) to backboard brackets (25) using spacers (29 & 11), bolts (30) spacer (13) ratchet (31), and nuts (32) as shown.
