Troubleshooting

If there is a problem, try the following suggestions. If the problem cannot be solved, contact your equipment supplier or ResMed. Do not attempt to open the flow generator.

Insufficient air delivered

Air filter is dirty.

Replace air filter.

Turn the flow generator off and on again. Do not place mask on face during warm up (30 seconds). Select LEARN CIRCUIT (page 22). If the error is not cleared, contact your equipment supplier for service.

Return the device to your equipment supplier for service.
