H3. Loosen the mounting screw that secures the battery
Amount bracket to the base frame, but do not remove.

R 4. Remove the mounting screw that secures the top of the rubber element and battery mount bracket to the

6.Remove the three (3) mounting screws and locknuts that secure the bottom of the rubber element to the rub- ber element mount bracket.
7.Removetheexistingrubberelementandinstallthenew rubber element.
8.Resecure the bottom of the rubber element to the rub- ber element mount bracket with the existing three (3) mounting screws. Use Loctite 242 and torque to 160- inch pounds.

EQUIPMENT OPTION
CONVERTING TORQUE AND X RUBBER ELEMENTS TO ARROW SHOCKS (FIGURE 8)
1.Removethebatterybox.RefertoINSTALLING/REMOV- ING GROUP 22 BATTERY BOX in PROCEDURE 9 of this manual.
2.RemovetheexistingTorqueand Xrubberelement.Re- fer to RUBBER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT - TORQUEANDXBASEFRAMESinthisprocedure of the manual.
3.Line up the bottom of the new Storm Arrow shock with the BOTTOM hole in the rubber element mount plate.
4.Install the new hex screw and locknut through the bot- tom hole of the mount bracket and shock. Torque to
