2-8. Focus adjustment of Photo·tube (UW-tube)

1)lnsert the parfocality adjusting mirror (tool) into photo·tube sleeve @.

2)Setting the autocollimator to infinity, perform infinity checking, using the above mentioned

mirror.

3)If not adjusted to infinity, tum @ in relaiion to photo-tube G).

4) Apply screw lock to G) and @), and leave them in th~'ir adjusted positions until the lock sets, to avoid parfocality derangement caused by screw slack.
