Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to decrease or increase the volume.

			To repeat the current message:
			Press the UP button.
			Press the UP button.
			To skip back to the previous
			message:
			Press the UP button twice.
			Press the UP button twice.
			To play the next message:
			Press the DOWN button.


			To skip forward to the message
			after next.
			Press the DOWN button twice


			To delete the current message.
C			Press the C options button.
			Message deleted! is displayed
			and announced.
			Press and hold the RED
			PHONE button to return to the
			idle screen.

Note

If playback is stopped for more than a minute the answering machine returns to the idle screen.

To delete all messages

You can only delete old messages, so you must listen to your messages before you can delete them.

MENU			Press the MENU options button.
			‘Pause’ is announced.
			Press the DOWN button until


			the display shows Delete all.
OK			Press the OK options button.
			The display shows Really?
OK			Press the OK options button.
			Deleted is displayed and
			‘Messages deleted’ is announced.
			Press and hold the RED
			PHONE button to return to the
			idle screen.

To copy a telephone number of a message to the directory

During message playback:

MENU Press the MENU options button.

‘Pause’ is announced.

Press the DOWN button until the display shows Copy to Directory.

OK Press the OK options button.

The display shows the callers telephone number.

OK Press the OK options button.

The display show <Enter Name>.

Enter a name using the keypad.
