User’s Guide for the Polycom RealPresence Group Series

Available System menus vary based on how your administrator configured the system. Therefore, this section may cover options that you cannot access on your system. To find out more about these options, please talk to your administrator.

System Information

To access information about your system:

>>Select > Information.

The System Detail screen includes the following system details: system name, model number, hardware and software version, serial number and MAC address.

The Network screen includes information about your network connection, including: IP address, public address, host name, H.323 name, H.323 extension, and SIP address.

The Usage screen includes information about video call usage, including time in last call, total time in calls, and total number of calls.

Status

This screen includes the following system status details: active alerts, call control, audio, LAN, and servers.

To access information about your system status:

>>Select > Status.
