Error messages

If the unit detects a problem, one of the following messages is shown on the display.

Display message

Cause/solution

LOW BATT

L No battery is installed.

 

L The battery may need to be replaced with a new one (see

 

“Battery replacement” on page 12).

 

 

PowerFail

L When the phone is disconnected from a power outlet or

 

there is a power failure, the battery works as emergency

 

power. When power is restored, “PowerFail” will

 

disappear on the display.
