Registering a handset to the base unit

1Handset:

{MENU} i{#}{1}{3}{0}

2Base unit:

Press and hold {LOCATOR} for about 5 seconds until the registration tone sounds.

L If all registered handsets start ringing, press the same button to stop. Then repeat this step. (KX-TG6542)

L The next step must be completed within 90 seconds.

3Handset:

Press {OK}, then wait until a long beep sounds.

Note:

L While registering, Base in registeringis displayed on all registered handsets. (KX-TG6542)

Deregistering a handset

L All handsets registered to the base unit are displayed.

2{V}/{^}: Select the handset you want to cancel. i{SELECT}

3{V}/{^}: Yesi{SELECT}

4{OFF}
