ALARM

NOTES: DAY/REPEAT ALARM in TRACK SELECT and CD mode

In standby mode:

At the set alarm time the normal clock display (standby mode) is interrupted.

The CD indicator CD , cd-- appear, -- flashes briefly in the display followed by the total number of tracks and the current track number.

When DAY/REPEAT ALARM is pressed, the position of the TRACK SELECT / CD track is memorized and playback stops. The set goes to standby mode.

After 9 minutes, the TRACK SELECT / CD track will resume playback at the point interrupted by DAY/REPEAT ALARM.

To cancel the DAY/REPEAT ALARM and return to normal CD playback, press the PLAY 2 button.

During RADIO / CD playback:

Basically the same happens, except that the TRACK SELECT / first CD track starts from the beginning each time you press DAY/REPEAT ALARM. If you are playing a CD, the current track will be interrupted at the alarm time and the track position memorized. Playback from this position will resume when DAY/REPEAT ALARM is pressed.
