Always disconnect power to the machine before performing ser- vice adjustments. Failure to do this may result in serious personal injury.

Adjusting Lower
Blade Guides
The instructions on adjusting the upper guide blocks and support bearing are given in Section
5:Set Up. This section focuses on adjusting the lower blade guides, which is a
To adjust the lower blade guides:
1.Disconnect the resaw from the power source!
2.Open the wheel cover for easy access to the blade guide assemblies.
3.Make sure the blade is tensioned in the same manner that will be used for operation.
4.Loosen the lateral adjustment bolts (shown in Figure 34).

5.Adjust the assembly so the blade guides are approximately 1⁄16" behind the gullets of the blade teeth, and tighten the lateral bolts.
6.Loosen the vertical adjustment bolts.
7.Adjust the lower blade guide so it barely touches the bottom of the blade, then tighten the vertical adjustment bolts.
8.Repeat Steps 4-5 on the other blade guide.
9.Adjust the upper guide blocks and the sup- port bearings.
10.Close the wheel cover.
