Ensamblado/Regulaciones

ADVERTENCIA: PARA REDUCIR EL RIESGO DE LESIONES, SIEMPRE RETIRE LA BATERÍA ANTES DE REALIZAR CUALQUIERA DE LOS SIGUIENTES AJUSTES.

AJUSTE DE LA PROFUNDIDAD DE CORTE (FIG. I Y J)

La profundidad de corte debe fijarse en función del grosor de la pieza de trabajo.

•Afloje la perilla o palanca de ajuste de profundidad (14) para destrabar la zapata de la sierra (8). NOTA: Puede ser una perilla o una palanca según el modelo que compre.

•Mueva la zapata de la sierra hasta la posición deseada. La profundidad de corte correspondiente puede leerse en la escala (17).

•Apriete la palanca o perilla para bloquear la zapata de la sierra en el lugar.

•Regule la profundidad de la sierra de manera que sólo un diente (18) de la hoja sobresalga bajo la pieza de trabajo (19), como se muestra en la figura J.

REGULACIÓN DEL ÁNGULO DE BISEL (FIGURA K)

Esta herramienta puede fijarse para biselar ángulos entre 0° y 50°.

•Afloje la perilla de regulación de bisel (13) para desbloquear la zapata de la sierra.

•Mueva la zapata de la sierra (8) hasta la posición deseada. El ángulo de biselado correspondiente puede leerse de la escala (20).

•Ajuste la perilla de regulación de bisel (13) para trabar la zapata de la sierra en el lugar.

AJUSTE DE LA ZAPATA PARA CORTES DE 90°

Si se requieren ajustes adicionales:

•Ajuste la sierra a un bisel de 0°.

•Repliegue el protector de la hoja (11). Coloque la sierra sobre el costado de la hoja.

•Afloje la perilla de regulación de bisel (13). Coloque una escuadra contra la hoja (10) y la zapata (8) para realizar el ajuste de 90°.

•Afloje la tuerca de inmovilización, mueva el tornillo de regulación (13a) para que la zapata se detenga a un ángulo adecuado y vuelva a ajustar la tuerca de inmovilización.

•Verifique la cuadratura de un corte real en una pieza de material desechable para confirmar la precisión de la configuración.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN

ADVERTENCIA: Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones personales graves, lea, comprenda y siga todas las advertencias de seguridad y las instrucciones antes de usar la herramienta.

CORTES GENERALES

PREVÉNGASE DE RETROCESOS

Luego de retirar la batería, siga todas las instrucciones de montaje, regulación e instalación.

Asegúrese de que el protector inferior funcione. Seleccione la hoja correcta para el material a cortar.

•Mida y marque el trabajo para cortarlo.

•Sostenga y asegure correctamente el trabajo (consulte las Instrucciones y las Normas de seguridad).

•Utilice los equipos de seguridad apropiados y requeridos (consulte las Normas de seguridad).

•Afirme y sostenga el área de trabajo (consulte las Normas de seguridad).

•Con la batería colocada, asegúrese de que el interruptor encienda y apague la sierra.

ADVERTENCIA: Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones, es importante apoyar bien el trabajo y sostener la sierra firmemente para evitar la pérdida de control, la que podría provocar lesiones personales. Fig. G ilustra un soporte manual típico.

COLOCACIÓN Y REMOCIÓN DE LA HOJA (FIG. L)

•Repliegue el protector inferior (11) y arme la hoja (10) y la arandela de la abrazadera (21) como se muestra en la figura L.

•Oprima el botón de bloqueo del eje (16) mientras gira el eje de la sierra con la llave para
