•Προσδιορίστε την απαραίτητη ποσότητα νερού για το είδος μαγειρέματος. Συμβουλευθείτε την παράγραφο «Ελάχιστη και μέγιστη πλήρωση».

•Κλείστε τη χύτρα σας.

•Τοποθετήστε τον επιλογέα στην επιλεγμένη θέση

μαγειρέματος ή - Εικ. 10 ή 11.

•Προγραμματίστε στον χρονοδιακόπτη τον επιθυμητό χρόνο μαγειρέματος - Εικ. 12.

•Βεβαιωθείτε πως η χύτρα σας είναι σωστά κλειστή προτού τη θέσετε σε λειτουργία - Εικ. 2.

•Βάλτε τη χύτρα σας πάνω στην εστία μαγειρέματος, την οποία έχετε ρυθμίσει στη μέγιστη έντασή της και συμβουλευθείτε την παράγραφο "Κλείσιμο".

Γυρίστε τη χύτρα σας με τέτοιο τρόπο, ώστε

οεπιλογέας θέσης να κοιτά προς το μέρος σας.

Οδείκτης πίεσης (D) αποτρέπει την αύξηση πίεσης στη χύτρα ταχύτητας αν αυτή δεν έχει κλείσει σωστά. Όπως ισχύει για όλες τις συσκευές μαγειρέματος, φροντίζετε ώστε να βρίσκεται υπό στενή επίβλεψη αν βρίσκονται κοντά παιδιά.

Οατμός που εξέρχεται από τον αγωγό εκκένωσης είναι πολύ ζεστός.

Κατά τη διάρκεια μαγειρέματος

•Όταν αρχίσει να διαφεύγει ατμός μέσω του αγωγού εκκένωσης με συνεχόμενο τρόπο εκπέμποντας ένα συνεχή ήχο (πσσστ), ξεκινά αυτόματα η αντίστροφη μέτρηση του χρόνου μαγειρέματος και ακούγεται ένα ηχητικό σήμα.

•Επαληθεύετε, κατά τη διάρκεια του μαγειρέματος, ότι η βαλβίδα σφυρίζει σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα. Αν δεν υπάρχει αρκετός ατμός, αυξήστε ελαφρά την ένταση της εστίας μαγειρέματος. Στην αντίθετη περίπτωση, μειώστετην.

Λήξη μαγειρέματος

•Όταν το μαγείρεμα λήξει ηχεί ο χρονοδιακόπτης, ένδειξη ότι το μαγείρεμα τελείωσε.

•Σβήστε την εστία.

•Απελευθερώστε τον ατμό ευθυγραμμίζοντας τον επιλογέα θέσης (F) με το εικονόγραμμα - Εικ. 8.

•Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ένδειξη παρουσίας πίεσης

(D) είναι στο χαμηλό επίπεδο.

•Ανοίξτε τη χύτρα σας.

Γιαναμετακινήσετετηχύτρασας,χρησιμοποιήστετις λαβές του κάδου.

Προσέξτε ιδιαίτερα την εκ- πομπή ατμού. Αν κατά την αποσυμπίεση παρατηρή- σετε αφύσικες εκτινάξεις, το- ποθετήστε πάλι τον επιλογέα στην αρχική θέση

μαγειρέματος ή περιμένετε μερικά λεπτά και, στη συνέχεια, αφήστε να εκτελεστεί και πάλι η απο- συμπίεση, αφού βεβαι- ωθείτε ότι δεν γίνονται πλέον εκτινάξεις.
