HP Classroom Manager allows Teachers to request help from Lab Technicians and Network Managers, ensure the Teacher Support feature is enabled, choose {View}{Provide Teacher Support} from the Control window drop down menu. A 'Get Support' icon will be displayed on the Tutor console toolbar. Clicking the icon allows the Tutor to Chat directly with the Lab Technician or Network Manager.
