Solution Replace the failed cartridge(s) with new HP ink cartridges. For more information, see Replace the ink cartridges.
Error message: The following ink cartridge(s) is not intended for use in this printer.
Solution You have inserted a ink cartridge that does not work with the printer. Replace the cartridge with one that is compatible with the printer. For more information, see Replace the ink cartridges.
Error message: Install the following printhead(s).
Solution One of the printheads has not been installed correctly. Remove the printheads and follow the instructions in the Quick Start guide for installing the ink cartridges and printheads.
Error message: Replace the following faulty printhead(s).
Solution Contact HP support for special instructions on troubleshooting printhead problems.
Error message: Replace the following incompatible printhead(s).
Solution One or more of the printheads is incompatible. Replace the incompatible printheads with the correct printheads. For more information, see Replace faulty printheads.
