Link Configuration Jumper Settings

Link configuration jumpers (P1, P2, and P3) can be used to configure the card. These jumpers should be used if the card is unable to establish a network link through autonegotiation. If P1 is changed to the AUTO=OFF position, then P2 selects the link speed (10 or 100 Mbps) and P3 selects the communication mode (Half duplex or Full duplex). If you manually configure the card using jumpers P2 and P3, you must match the configuration of the connecting device, such as the network hub or switch.
