TO TURN OFF GAS TO APPLIANCE

14.If using unit without wall thermostat place (AUTO/OFF/MANUAL) switch in the “MANUAL” position. If using wall thermostat place (AUTO/OFF/ MANUAL) switch in the “AUTO” position, and place wall thermostat to a setting higher than the room temperature.

TO TURN OFF GAS TO APPLIANCE

1.Set the thermostat to lowest setting (if used).

2.Turn off all electric power to the appliance if service is to be performed.

3.Open access cover door.

4.Push in gas control knob slightly and turn clockwise to “OFF.” Do not force.

5.Close access cover door.
