AUSBAU/EINBAU DER HAUPTKEHRWALZE

HINWEIS!

Beim Ersetzen der Hauptkehrwalze wird es empfohlen, Arbeitshandschuhe zu tragen, denn schneidende Abfälle zwischen den Borsten können eingeklemmt werden.

1.Die Maschine auf einen fl achen Boden stellen.

2.Den Hauptschalter (1) auf „0“ stellen.

3.Den Abfallbehälter (9) ausbauen.

4.Die Handräder (A, Abb. 5) auf der linken Seite der Maschine ganz herausschrauben.

5.Die Klappe (A, Abb. 6) durch Ergreifen an den Stellen (B) entfernen.

6.Die Hauptkehrwalze (A, Abb. 7) an den Stellen (B) und (C) ergreifen, dann von dem Mitnehmerbolzen

(D) trennen und sie in Richtung des Pfeils (E) ziehen; dann in Richtung des Pfeils (F) herausziehen um sie zu entfernen.

7.Die neue Hauptkehrwalze einbauen, durch Stellen der Borsten wie es in Abbildung dargestellt ist.

8.Die neue Hauptkehrwalze einbauen und die Schritte von 3. bis 6. in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ausführen.

9.Die Höhe der neuen Hauptkehrwalze einstellen, wie es im entsprechenden Abschnitt beschrieben ist.
