GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE POR VIDA

El Fabricante garantiza que los componentes electrónicos y mecánicos (excluyendo el motor) del Accionador Prodrive® para puertas de garaje estarán libres de defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante un período de UN AÑO (Modelos 3220C, 3221C, 3222C, 3320B, 3322B, 3220C-Z, 3221C-Z, 3222C-Z, 3320B-Z, 3322B-Z) y de CINCO AÑOS (Modelos 3224C, 3324B, 3224C-Z, 3324B-Z) a partir de la fecha de instalación, siempre y cuando se lo instale correctamente y reciba mantenimiento y servicio bajo el régimen de uso y servicio especificado.

El motor está garantizado durante CINCO AÑOS (Modelos 3220C, 3221C, 3320B, 3220C-Z, 3221C-Z, 3320B-Z) y de POR VIDA (Modelos 3222C, 3224C, 3322B, 3324B, 3222C-Z, 3224C-Z, 3322B-Z, 3324B-Z) contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra. Las pilas no están garantizadas.

La presente Garantía limitada se extiende al propietario de vivienda original, siempre que el Accionador Prodrive® para puertas de garaje esté instalado en su lugar de residencia primaria. Esta Garantía limitada no es transferible. La Garantía limitada es pertinente a propiedad residencial únicamente.

NINGÚN EMPLEADO, DISTRIBUIDOR O REPRESENTANTE ESTÁ AUTORIZADO PARA CAMBIAR LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA QUE ANTECEDE DE NINGUNA MANERA NI CONCEDER NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA EN NOMBRE DEL FABRICANTE.

El Fabricante no será responsable por daño alguno a sus productos o causados por sus productos debido a instalación, almacenamiento inadecuado, servicio no autorizado, alteración de productos, descuido o abuso, cualesquier actos de fuerza mayor fuera del control del Fabricante (tales como, pero no limitados a, rayos, sobretensiones eléctricas, daños por agua, etc.), o al intento de utilizar los productos para un uso distinto a su uso normal previsto o para su propósito específico. La Garantía limitada anterior no cubre desgaste normal ni ningún daño fuera del control del Fabricante. Esta Garantía limitada no cubre el costo de la mano de obra para reemplazos.

ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA AMPARA UN PRODUCTO PARA CONSUMIDORES TAL COMO SE LO DEFINE EN “THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT” (LEY DE MAGNUSON-MOSS). NINGUNA GARANTÍA, EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA (INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADA A, LA GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD O IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR) SE EXTENDERÁ MÁS ALLÁ DEL PERÍODO DE TIEMPO CONSIGNADO EN LETRA NEGRITA SUBRAYADA EN ESTA GARANTÍA, ARRIBA.

Las reclamaciones por defectos en materiales y mano de obra cubiertas por esta Garantía limitada serán hechas por escrito, dentro del período de garantía, al concesionario de quien se compró el producto. El Fabricante podrá enviar un representante de mantenimiento, o bien, podría requerir que el producto sea devuelto al Fabricante, por cuenta del comprador, para inspección. Si a juicio del Fabricante, el producto tiene defectos en materiales o mano de obra, éste será reemplazado o reparado a opción del Fabricante, sin costo alguno, a excepción del transporte autorizado y la mano de obra de reemplazo. La unidad de reemplazo podría ser un modelo equivalente que ha sido reconstruido en la fábrica. El resto del período original de la Garantía limitada se aplicará a la unidad reparada o reemplazada.

LOS RECURSOS PARA EL COMPRADOR AQUÍ DESCRITOS SON EXCLUSIVOS Y PREVALECEN SOBRE CUALQUIER OTRO RECURSO, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL FABRICANTE, SEA EN CONTACTO, AGRAVIO, BAJO CUALQUIER GARANTÍA O DE CUALQUIER OTRA MANERA, NO SE EXTENDERÁ MÁS ALLÁ DE SU OBLIGACIÓN DE REPARAR O REEMPLAZAR, A SU DISCRECIÓN, CUALQUIER PRODUCTO O PIEZA DETERMINADA, POR EL FABRICANTE, DEFECTUOSA CON RESPECTO A MATERIALES O MANO DE OBRA. EL FABRICANTE NO ASUME RESPONSABILIDAD ALGUNA POR EL COSTO DE RETIRO O INSTALACIÓN NI SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR NINGÚN DAÑO DIRECTO, INDIRECTO, ESPECIAL O EMERGENTE DE NINGUNA NATURALEZA.

Esta Garantía limitada brinda al comprador original del producto derechos legales específicos; el comprador original también podría tener otros derechos, los cuales varían de un estado a otro. Sin embargo, algunos Estados no permiten limitaciones en la duración de las garantías implícitas o la exclusión o limitación de daños incidentales o emergentes, por lo cual las limitaciones o exclusiones que anteceden podrían ser no pertinentes en algunos casos.
