USO DEL MODELO FR300 COMO CARGADOR DE UN TELÉFONO CELULAR

Debido a que las baterías de los teléfonos celulares tienen diferentes capacidades de corriente, no podemos especificar la corriente de carga ni el tiempo de uso.

Hay dos métodos para cargar un teléfono celular:

MÉTODO 1 - DÍNAMO.

1.Deslice el control selector a la posición OFF.

2.Enchufe el teléfono celular en el modelo FR300, usando el cable de extensión y el tipo de enchufe correcto para su teléfono.

3.Gire la manivela del dínamo hacia la derecha (dirección del reloj) o hacia la izquierda (dirección contraria a la del reloj) a una velocidad de 2 vueltas por segundo. (El indicador de carga del teléfono celular se encenderá durante la carga).

MÉTODO 2 - ADAPTADOR / CARGADOR DE C.A. (NO INCLUIDO)

1.Deslice el control selector a la posición OFF.

2.Enchufe el teléfono celular en el modelo FR300, usando el cable de extensión apropiado y el tipo de enchufe correcto para su teléfono.

3.Enchufe el adaptador / cargador de c.a. en su receptáculo en el radio.

5 GUÍA DE OPERACIÓN

FORMA DE ENCENDER Y APAGAR EL MODELO FR300 Encienda el radio seleccionando su modo de alimentación preferido, como se describió arriba, y colocando el control selector en la posición apropiada, DYNAMO / ADAPTOR o BATTERY. Apague el radio colocando el control selector en la posición OFF.

FORMA DE AJUSTAR EL VOLUMEN

Gire la perilla del control VOLUME hasta obtener el volumen de sonido deseado.

SINTONIZACIÓN DE ESTACIONES DE AM/FM O TV Deslice el control de selección de banda a la posición AM, FM, TV1 o TV2. Sintonice las estaciones con la perilla TUNING, usando el control superimpuesto FINE TUNING como sea necesario. Para la mejor recep- ción de FM y TV, extienda completamente la antena telescópica. La recepción de FM y TV se puede mejorar girando la antena telescópica. Para la recepción de AM no es necesario extender la antena telescópica, ya que la antena de AM es una barra direccional interna de ferrita. Para la mejor recepción de AM, gire el radio hasta recibir la intensi- dad de señal más fuerte.

SINTONIZACIÓN DE LAS ESTACIONES DE LA NOAA NOAA son las siglas de la National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (Administración Oceánica y Atmosférica Nacional). Su dirección de Internet es htpp://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/. Las transmi- siones de la NOAA se pueden oír en muchas, pero no en todas las comunidades en los Estados Unidos. Estas transmisiones son general- mente las 24 horas del día. Los mismos canales se usan en Canadá por Environment Canada, http://www.cc.gc.ca/.
