Make sure the installation area provides: Install plumbing for process and cooling lines. P I Remove the shipping pipe plug Install pipe to the rear of the chiller. Coat the pipe threads with thread sealant. Connect the male pipe to the appropriate female connection on the back of the unit C P W L 3-4 Open the units electrical enclosure. Insert the main power wire Connect the ground wire C T HE M P OWER S WARNING: Electrical shock hazard IMPORTANT! Before initiating power to the unit: Turn on the condenser water supply (MPW units) and check for leaks. Apply power to the unit. Apply power to the chiller. Enter the passcode, if necessary. Enter the node address. A C NOTE: O All normal operating functions can be controlled from the microKool PC-1 control panel. Make sure the chiller tank is full of fluid. Turn on the water supply to the chiller (MPW). S U P To ensure a successful Auto Tune,verify that: Restore power to the unit. Using the thermocouple calibrator, apply the appropriate temperature to the control input.
