Contact person
Enterthe name of the contact person for this 3Com VCX IP Telecommuting Module. This information is sent with
theparameter list as reply to an SNMP request from the server.
Node location
Enterthe location of the Telecommuting Module. This information is sent with the parameter list as reply to an
SNMPrequest from the server.
The TelecommutingModule IP address to respond to SNMP requests
Enterthe IP address of the Telecommuting Module to which the SNMP servers should direct their requests. Select
fromthe addresses defined on the Interface pages under Network.
Servers allowed to contact the TelecommutingModule via SNMP
Selectthe SNMP server(s) which are allowed to contact the Telecommuting Module. You select from the network
groupsdefined on the Networks and Computers page under Network.
SNMP v1 and v2c
InSNMP version 1 and 2c, the authentication is managed through an unencrypted password, a community. Here,
youselect if the Telecommuting Module should accept access via v1 or v2c, and enter the valid communities.
Access via SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c
Selectif access via SNMP version 1 or 2c (using communities as the autentication method) should be On or Off.
Community
Entera password. Note that this password is stored unencrypted.
Delete Row
Ifyou select this box, the row is deleted when you click on Add new rows,Save, or Look up all IP addresses
again.
