GLOBAL ADMINISTRATOR SECTION CHAPTER 1: SYSTEM SCREEN

Troubleshooting Mode window

The Troubleshooting Mode window displays when Trouble- shooting is selected from the Diagnostics menu. This window is used if the server is not sending or receiving packets as normal.

WARNING: This tool utilizes system resources, impacting the ProxyBlocker’s performance. When you click Enable, the Proxy- Blocker will stop filtering the network. After you finish making the necessary changes to the server, be sure to click Disable to terminate your Troubleshooting Mode session. Once Disable is clicked, the ProxyBlocker will resume filtering the network.

NOTE: See the Operation Mode window for information about the invisible mode listening devices.
