UNPACK, INSPECT, POWER UP

Receipt Inspection

Carefully inspect the TDU 120e for any shipping damag- es. If you suspect damage, file a claim immediately with the carrier and then contact ADTRAN Customer Service (see the front section of this manual for contact informa- tion). If possible, keep the original shipping container for use in shipping the TDU 120e back for repair or for verifi- cation of damage during shipment.

ADTRAN Shipments

The following items are included in the ADTRAN ship- ment:

•The TDU 120e

•2-line interface cables: A 15-foot, 8-position modular to 8-position modular

•A DB-25 to modular adapter

•A 6-foot, 8-position modular cable for connection to the chain-in port

•The user manual
