(220 Volts) between the blue and gray wires going into the drain connection on the main board?

YES

Is

there continuity

from the drain

connection on the main board to the drain valve harness?

NO

Replace the drain harness.

Check the drain valve and drain plumbing for blockage.

NO

Replace the main board.

YES

Replace the main board.
