OIL FILTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (FOR UNITS WITH INSTALLED OPTION)

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

OIL DISCA RD HO SE OPTION:

The oil discard hose option ( HO-27686) is available as an option to assist b oth the boil-out and filtration operation.

With t he d iscard hose atta che d to the nozzle connect ion, place the Kettle /Nozzle sel ector in the “NOZ ZLE ON” position.

The drain ca n be place d in the “OP EN” or “CLO SED” posi tion as re quired .

Disconn ect h ose fol lowing u se and r etu rn th e selector to the “NO ZZLE O FF” position.

Nozzle wi ll con tain a sm all amount of oil af ter use. Dispose of properly.

TO AVOID SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY DO NOT STAND ON THE FRYER OR FRYER COVER. THE FRYER COVER IS DESIGNED TO HOLD A MAXIMUM OF 10-POUNDS (4,5 KG) OF WEIGHT.
