BASIC CONT ROL O PERATI ON

SYNC HRONIZ ED BASKET S OPTIO N

1. Ensure that the fryer ha s reac hed the set -po int temp eratu re and it i s dis played on the co ntrol panel.

2.	LOAD P RODUCT	Loa d prod uct in bask ets and		set baske ts in t he f ryer li ft bracke ts.
3.	To operate the both bask ets simultaneo			usly, p res s the SYN C BASKE T button o n the co ntrol
	pan el a long wit h eit her the LEF T BA SKE T or RI GHT B ASKE T button.
	03:00		Both baskets will lower .
			The d isplay wi ll show the program med t ime and count dow n the rem aining
			time.
			During cooking, the Indica tor Light of t he pu shed b utton w ill bl ink f ast.
4.	When the programm	ed time h as ex pir ed:
	00:00		The b askets will auto matica lly rise .
			The d isplay wi ll show “00:00 ”, the n flash “L” or “r ”, dependi ng on the
			pushed but ton, and the alarm will so und on a nd of f.
5.	Press the LEFT BAS KET or RIGHT BASKET			button to st op al arm.
