1. FRYER W ILL NOT P OWER -UP
A. Make certain	cord i s plu gged in and br eaker	is turn ed “ ON.”
B. Ensure the dra	in switch is turn ed to the “ CLOSED ” pos ition.
C. Ensure the m aster swi tch i s tu rned to the “on”		position .

2.FRYER W ILL NOT H EAT

A.Ensure the ga s valv e i s turned “ ON.”

B.Ensure the ga s hos e is con nec ted.

C.	Ensure the hi-lim	it i s not tri pped .
C.	Ensure ther e is	oil in the frypot.

3.PUMP WI LL NO T RETURN OIL

A. Ensure ther e is oil in the mo bile oil tr olley.

B. Ensure the pump s witch i s turned “ ON.”

C. Push the res et button		locate d behind th e f ront ac cess door to activate the p ump
motor.
4. BASKETS WILL NOT	DROP
A. Ensure the bas	ket lift	is progr ammed f or ba sket d rop.
