It is the responsibility of the installer to verify that this | ||

| specifications listed in this manual and with local code | |

Hood installation is required. | ||
3. | Both cooking and cleaning functions require | |
| unobstructed access. The frypot, control panel, and | |
| front access door must be maintained free from | |
| obstruction. The access door must be accessible for | |
4. | service and maintenance. |

Locate the fryer on a firm, level surface ONLY. The | ||
| area surrounding the fryer must be kept clear of all | |
5. | combustible materials. |

When properly installed, the electric fryer is designed | ||

| walls with a 6" clearance at the back. Clearances from | |

| (152mm) at the back and both sides. Concrete, tile, | |
| terrazzo, or metal surfaces are recommended. Metal | |
| over a combustible material may not meet code for | |
| ||
| local codes for specific requirements. | |
