4.Disconnect the power supply cable by pinching its release clip and pulling straight up.

If there is a hard disk drive in your Duo Dock, you may need to move its ribbon cable aside to reach the clip on the power supply cable.

5.Loosen the two screws connecting the central part of the dock to the base. (In the rest of these instructions, the central part of the dock is called the subassembly.)

Turn the screws counterclockwise. The screws don’t come out all the way, so you can’t remove them completely.
