Accessibility
To use the accessibility opti ons available on y our tablet, op en
Settings > System > Accessibility.
To view detailed information a bout setting u p these options, v isit
Nexus Accessibility. options for people with v isual impairments
include:
TalkBack is a pre-installed scree n reader from Goog le. it uses
spoken fee dback to describe event s, such as notication s,
and the results of your actio ns, such as open ing an app.
Explore by Touch is a system feature that works with Talkback ,
allowing you to touch your tab let’s screen an d hear what’s un -
der your nger via spoken feed back. This feature is hel pful to
people with no vision.
Accessibility settings let you modify your tablet ’s display and
sound options, such as in creasing the text si ze, changing the
speed at which text is spo ken, and more.

sighted users. You can make read ing and navigating this ma te-
rial easier by increasin g the text size – just open Ch rome, go to
Menu > Settings > Accessibility, and drag the slider to adjust the
text size.
