The lines and trunks you use for data communication can be administered through the terminals and systems shown in table 2-4.In addition, you can use AT&T’s Unified Network Management Architecture (UNMA) ACCUMASTER® tools for end-to-end control of your information network. UNMA offers three- tiers of network management. The first tier manages network elements, like modems, multiplexers, or applications. The second tier manages element management systems, like SNA network management tools, that administer the network elements. The third tier ties these element management systems together and lets you manage them through a a unified user interface.
