If you want to define a specific mailbox group for this message, dial pound;

you hear a message: “Please enter mailbox number. For Dial By Name, dial pound.

Dial pound twice to complete the list.”

Enter the number of the first mailbox to which you want to carbon copy or carbon send the message. You hear the Confirmation menu:
