This section contains a description of a number of more

advanced mailbox features. If you prefer, each of these

features can also be pro

AUTOMATIC COPYING OF UNHEARD MESSAGES

If a number of employees in your or

anization handle the

same type of calls, IMAGEN can see to it that they receive

each other's messa

g

es as well. In this way, an important

messa

e left for an absent employee that may otherwise

g

o unattended, can be automatically passed on to another

collea

g

ue for handlin

g

. This IMAGEN feature is called

For instance, if you deal with ur

minutes automatically copied into one of your collea

ied unless they have been in their mailbox for over a day.

ular intervals. If you have not listened to

e within the amount of time you specified,

e is copied into the desi

nated automatic-copy

mailbox. All subsequent new messa

es are copied into the

automatic-copy mailbox, until you enter your own mailbox

and listen to your messa

es.
