CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
You receive your initial password from the system adminis-
trator, but can chan

e it at any time. You may also cancel
your password. However, if you do so, anyone can enter
your mailbox and listen to your messa
g
es.
To change your password
1. Enter your mailbox (dial the IMAGEN access code and
dial [#][#]).
2. Enter your current password;
you receive the Mailbox Menu.
3. Press
{SET OPTION}
or [4];
you receive the MAILBOX OPTIONS Menu:
To program the first follow me {1ST FOLLOW}
[1]
To program the second follow me {2ND FOLLOW}
[2]
To program auto attendant service {AUTO ATT}
[3]
To hear messages with time tag {HEADER}
[4]
To change your password {PASSWORD}
[5]
To set up your personal distribution list
[6]
To program auto-copy
[7]
To set the message monitoring time
[8]
To program continuous listening
[9]
