To carbon copy or carbon send a message, you must first be listening to it.

1.When you hear a message you want to carbon copy or carbon send, press {COPY/SEND} or [5];

you receive the COPY/SEND Menu:

To keep this message and send a copy to another mailbox

To transfer this message to another mailbox

To keep this message and send copies to group members

To transfer this message to group members

To carbon copy

To carbon send

{COPY MSG}

{TRANSF MSG}

{COPY TO GP}

{TRNS TO GP}

{CARBON CPY}

2.Press [5] or [6]. You hear a message:

“Please enter mailbox number. For Dial By Name, dial pound.

Dial pound twice to complete the list.”

3.Enter the number of the first mailbox to which you want to carbon copy or carbon send the message, or

Dial [#] for Dial By Name, and enter up to the first six characters of the name. See Dial By Name in the sec- tion Dialing Assistance For Outside Callers for instruc- tions on how to use Dial By Name.

You hear the Confirmation menu:

To confirm the mailbox To skip the mailbox

To proceed with the operation To cancel the operation
