To delete an annotation from a message
• After recordin
g
the annotation, before savin
g
it, press
{ERASE MSG}
or [3] in the END OF RECORD Menu.
To change the annotation of a message
1. Press
{COPY/SEND}
or [5] while listenin
g
to either the
annotation or the messa
g
e itself;
you are transferred to the COPY/SEND menu.
2. Press any one of the followin
g
:
•
{COPY MSG}
or [1] and the mailbox number;
•
{TRANSF MSG}
or [2] and the mailbox number;
•
{COPY TO GP}
or [3] and the
g
roup number;
•
{TRANSFER
TO GP}
or [4] and the
g
roup number.
The ANNOTATION Menu is now displayed.
3. Dial [1] to record a new annotation, then save the mes-
sa
g
e.
Every user to whom you have sent the messa
g
e will
now hear the updated annotation.
NOTE
If after havin
g
recorded a new annotation, you do
not save it or subsequently delete it, the messa
g
e
will be heard as if no annotation was ever
recorded.

• Dial [0] to repeat the ANNOTATION Menu options;
• Dial [*] to return to the COPY/SEND Menu;
