You can designate an extension as ‘Department Secre- tary’, whereby an incoming caller who has reached your mailbox and dials [0] to connect to the operator, will be directed to this specified extension for assistance.

To define an extension as the Department Secretary

1.Dial [4] in the MAILBOX Menu; you receive the MAIL- BOX OPTIONS Menu.

2.Press {AUTO ATT} or [3] to select the Auto Attendant Service option;

you receive the AUTOMATED ATTENDANT Menu:
