•The most recently delivered issue, whether purchased singly or delivered based on a subscription, is at the top level of your B&N library.
•Older issues, whether purchased singly or delivered based on a subscription, can be viewed by tapping View older issues.
How singly purchased issues and those delivered by subscription are managed differs.
Issues of periodicals that you buy as single issues:
•Are not automatically deleted.
•Can be archived and downloaded again, but this is not necessary to save an issue.
Issues of periodicals delivered by subscription:
•Are subject to automatic deletion. For more information, see “Automatic Deletion of Periodical Issues” on page 108.
•Can be archived and downloaded again. To save an issue delivered by subscription, you must archive it.
To browse all issues of a periodical, ensure that archived issues are shown and tap View older issues if that menu item is present.
When you search for a periodical, all issues of the periodical, whether purchased singly or delivered by subscription, are returned in the search (as are other items that match the search criteria). Search results do not indicate the status of the periodical regarding archiving. The search also returns an entry for the subscription; it is the entry without a date. You can view an overview or details. You can also rate the periodical.
To browse all issues of a periodical in your library:
1On the Home menu, tap my library.
2If you are viewing My Documents, tap Go to My B&N Library.
3Tap Change view.
4If one of the menus reads Hide archived items, then archived items are already shown. If not, tap Show archived items.
5Browse to an issue of the periodical. It can be any issue; it does not have to be the most recent issue.
6Tap View older issues. If this menu item is not present, then there are no older issues in the My B&N Library section of your library.
