3 Clean the white roller and the glass strip under the roller with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth. You will need to lift the two release levers to release the white roller; be sure to lock them in place when you are through.

4 Close the front cover.

Cleaning the Print Head

1 Unplug the power cord for safety.

2 Press the OPEN button to open the top cover.

Be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges of the metal part shown in the illustration.
