Turn off the machine, and then disconnect

Print head: Use a dry cotton swab to gently

 

 

wipe up and down along the print head.

Rollers: Use a dry cotton swab to wipe up and down along each roller while rotating them with your finger.

4 Install a tape cassette, close the tape compartment cover, and then try printing again.

5 If a blank streak still appears in the printed label, repeat steps 2 through 4 using a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.

If none of the above works, contact your service representative.

☞ The print head can be cleaned more easily if the optional print head cleaning cassette (TZ-CL6) is used.
