Recalling text and Auto format templatesTo recall a file that has been saved:

1Rotate r until MEMORY is displayed, and then press r (OR hold down d and press 8). The MEMORY screen appears.

NOTE

An Auto format template that has been stored in the memory can be recalled when you are asked to select a template in the Auto format function.

2Rotate r (OR press m or g) until ! moves beside RECALL.

3Press r(OR press n). The RECALL screen appears in the display with the currently selected file number.

4Rotate r(OR press mor g) until the file number containing the text that you wish to recall is displayed. The file name is shown beside the file number and the text stored in the selected file number is shown at the bot- tom of the display.

NOTE

☞To see other parts of the selected text file, press jor k.

☞Auto format template files of the same tape width are displayed grouped together.

5Press r(OR press n). Any text previously entered in the display is erased and the text stored under the selected file number is recalled into the display.

Deleting a fileTo delete a file that has been saved:
