3Press r (OR press n). The PRINT screen appears in the display with the currently selected file number.

To quit the Memory print function without printing

any text, press e(OR hold down dand press

4Rotate r(OR press mor g) until the file number containing the text that you wish to print is displayed. The file name is shown beside the file number, and the text stored under the selected file number is shown in the bottom line.

NOTE

To see other parts of the selected text file, press j or k.

5Press the space bar so that ! appears to the right of the file name.

6Repeat steps 4 and 5 until ! appears to the right of all files to be printed. Files marked with ! will be printed.

NOTE

☞If multiple files are to be printed, follow steps 5 and 6 to mark them with !. If only one file is to be printed, steps 5 and 6 can be skipped.

☞To remove a file from those that are to be

printed, select the file, and then press the space bar to remove the ! from the right side of the file name.

7Press r (OR press n). The text stored under the selected file numbers is printed.

To print stored Auto format template files:

1Rotate r until AUTO FORMAT is dis- played, and then press r (OR hold down dand press 6).

2Hold down d and press 8. The MEM- ORY screen appears.

3Rotate r (OR press m or g) until ! moves beside PRINT.
