If “*****” appears as a setting, the Text rotation function has already been applied to a block in the current text (when the Global format func- tion is being set). Changing the setting will can- cel the setting that was previously applied.

To return the function to its default setting (OFF), press the space bar.

To return to the text without changing the for- matting, press e (OR hold down d and press 1or 2).

4Press r(OR press n) to apply the setting.

NOTE

If ris used to select the settings, only one function can be set at a time. To apply several format settings at the same time, press jor kto select the function, and then press m or g to select the desired setting. Press n only after the necessary functions have been set.

Tape margin function (T. MARGIN)

The Tape margin function allows you to adjust the size of the margins on the left and right sides of your text. The label margins can be set to a width between 0.2 cm and 9.9 cm.

The current Tape margin setting is shown at the bottom of the display.
