Fax Forwarding
Setting up Fax Forwarding
When you select Fax Forward, your fax machine stores the
received fax in the memory. The fax mac hine will then dial the fax
number you’ve programmed and forwards the fax message.

Press Menu/Set, 8, 1.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select
FAX FORWARD.
Press Menu/Set.

Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits).
Press Menu/Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select
BACKUP PRINT:ON or
BACKUP PRINT:OFF.
Press Menu/Set.
The LCD will ask you to enter t he fax number to which fax es
will be forwarded.

Press Stop/Exit.

You can only use one r emote fax option at a time:
FaxForwarding—OR—Paging—OR—FaxStorage—OR—
Off.
You can change your sel ection at any time ( Menu, 8, 1).

■If you select BACKUP PRINT:ON, faxes will also be printed
at your fax machine so you will have a copy if there is a
power failure before it is forwarded or a problem at the
receiving machine.
■If you select BACKUP PRINT:OFF and a problem occurs
during Fax Forwarding, then your recieved fax might be
erased from memory be fore it can be printe d.
