2Enter a two-digit Speed Dial number and press Set.

3Enter a number (up to 20 digits) and press Set.

4Enter a name (or leave it blank) and press Set.

5Press or to select FAX, TEL, or FAX/TEL and press Set.

6Press Stop.

Telephone Operation

One Touch Dialing / Speed Dialing

1Pick up the handset.

2When you hear the dial tone, press the One Touch key of the location you want to call— OR—Press

Search/Speed Dial, press #, then press the two-digit Speed Dial number.

3To hang up, replace the handset.

Search/Speed Dial

1Press Search/Speed Dial, then enter the first letter of the name you’re looking for.

2Press or to search the memory.

3When the name is displayed, lift the handset.

4Press Start to dial.

5To hang up, replace the handset.

Making Copies

Making a Single Copy

1Place the original face down in the ADF.

2Press Mono Copy or Color Copy, then wait for five seconds

— OR—Press Mono Copy or Color Copy again. (Make sure it’s the same key you pressed before.)

Making Multiple Copies

1Place the original face down in the ADF.

2Press Mono Copy or Color Copy.

3Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want.

4Wait five seconds— OR—Press

Mono Copy or Color Copy. (Make sure it’s the same key you pressed in Step 2.)

Sorting Multiple Copies (Black and White Copy only)

1Place the original face down in the ADF.

2Press Mono Copy.

3Press Options.

4Press or to select COPY:OPTIONS and press Set.

5Press or to select SORT and press Set.

6Press Mono Copy.

7Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want.

8Press Mono Copy.
